Help a Friend Out With a “Snowman Gift”

I saw this little snowman on our local news Facebook page and was cracking up so hard, I couldn’t resist adding it for this week’s craft. We have our yearly get together with our church family every December, and we’re asked to bring a White Elephant gift, well this will be what we bring – ssshhh…don’t tell anyone!! I just thought this would be perfect for those people who don’t need anything – the ones who love a laugh, or just for fun to a special friend.

“Snowman Gift” Craft

Materials/Tools Needed:

Roll of Toilet Paper (NEW)
Plastic Wrap
Googly Eyes
Construction Paper
Glue Dots or Tape
Embellishments
& Time

Instructions:

Being by wrapping the toilet paper roll in plastic wrap. Secure the bottom with pieces of tape.

I used my Silhouette machine to make a carrot-nose with construction paper, you can do this however you wish.

Using glue dots or tape, attach the googly eyes to the front of the roll. Also, attach the nose below that.

Using this template, or this pdf, print out the poem for the top of the roll.

Cut it out however you wish and attach that to the top or by using a ribbon, etc. Now, you can decorate it more with whatever you wish and have it ready for that special someone. Hope you like it!!
