I heard about the Living with No Excuses book and couldn’t wait to read it. I was doing research and saw that Noah had been on Dancing With The Stars, which obviously was the season I missed, because I don’t remember him on there. He caught my attention on the John Cena show called “American Grit” (which I loved and hope that they do again). Seeing his story and how he dealt with the contestants with a never give up attitude, while still being a positive role model, really touched my heart.
Now, knowing he came out with a book about his story, I couldn’t wait to read it!! There was so much in the book, that sometimes you just had to close the cover and take a breath.  For someone to endure all of this and still have a smile on their face in the end was amazing to me.  Knowing that when I’m facing some small trial that I feel is horrible, I can think of those that have to go through struggles and tragedy, per se, like Noah and know that if he can get through that, than my small little problem is nothing.
Now I know that even the small problems are something to the individual, but why should we waste our lives worrying about something that will probably be gone in a few weeks anyway?  If it’s a medical thing, than maybe not.  I’ve been through trials with medical issues, but now see it as a way to help others who suffer through that, and have questions, etc.  God can use any trial to help someone, or help a person through them.  Try and see the light at the end of the tunnel…or dance floor, like Noah! 🙂
This is definitely a book that I would recommend. Â I have a link for you to purchase a copy at the end of the post. Â Get one and share it with your family. Â See what you can all do to make a difference in someone’s life, just as Noah has – probably without even knowing it in some circumstances.

This looks like an amazing read for anyone. I think especially those who are facing difficulties in their lives and need to see that you can rise above your situation.
I remember watching him on the “American Grit” show and was so impressed with his love of life in his situation. Then seeing this book and reading his story, you just want to invite him over for dinner! 🙂
I will have to check this No Excuses book out.
It’s definitely a great story!
