sleptThe Children’s Story – Where Jesus Slept

#WhereJesusSlept #FlyBy

The Where Jesus Slept book is adorable. At first, I didn’t realize that it was going on the “House that Jack Built” premise, but quickly got it and thought that it was a great story!! Reading this to your child would be so much fun, and even when or if they are old enough to read, would make it great for memory building and their reading knowledge.

The artwork is amazing and the story itself is one that is cherished – especially during the Christmas season. I would recommend this book to any parents, teachers or friends of young kids, or those that just love to read with their family. The illustrations are amazing, Katy Hudson definitely has some amazing talent!

Check out the info below, and see how you can win a copy. If you don’t want to wait, there’s a link to purchase one for your family, too! Thanks for stopping by. 🙂

[perfectpullquote align=”full” cite=”Publishers Weekly” link=”” color=”#256ED2″ class=”” size=”14″]This singsong Nativity story emulates the cumulative structure of the “House that Jack Built” nursery rhyme as Lewis points out people and places mentioned in biblical accounts of Jesus’s birth, beginning with “This is the bed where Jesus slept.” The action moves from inside the stable to the surrounding fields and back again as shepherds and wise men gather to behold the baby.[/perfectpullquote]

About the Illustrator:

Katy Hudson was raised in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom, and started her career as a small child drawing on freshly painted walls! Her parents quickly encouraged drawing with pencil and paper instead.
