The 4th of July is always a fun time to celebrate our country’s freedom and spend time with family and friends. There is always something fun to do in almost every area of the U.S. When we lived in California years ago, we would always join with the people that my husband worked with and have a barbecue together at his work, and then watch the fireworks show at the high school across the street. Always a fun time! We even got to light some off on the actual streets in Oregon, where my Mom lives a few years back. Crazy how it can get when they are legal!
Now that we live in an area, that we really pray have no fireworks in any spots other than designated (due to the chance of wildfire in the mountains), spending time together enjoying a cookout, or a parade is just as much fun!
So this year, Kraft wants to help you “Fire Up The Grill“! Now that summer is upon us, we are spending so much more time outdoors and wanting ideas for things to make and enjoy with our family. It also never hurts to have things that are easy to bring to other people’s houses, or events.. The new Kraft #CookingUpSummer recipes include this yummy main dish:
and this great one for dessert! I’ve made this recipe, and it is amazing!! So easy to make and tastes wonderful. Be sure to tell you friends that it took forever – ha/ha:
Those look tasty! 🙂
Definitely something I want to try!
In the past ten years they legalized certain fireworks in GA okay to buy, but none of the good ones. My brother and his crazy friends always drive across the SC border and purchase some of the “good ones” lol.
We used to love that. Now living in the forest and being in an area of the largest wildfires in the history of Arizona, we are scared of what they could do. :/
Oh gosh that looks so good! I want a really good burger now. With bacon. Lots of it! Bacon burger, no other meat! lol You can cook bacon on the grill right? Love Kraft, always a tried and true brand in this house!
YUM – if you’re grilling, I’m on my way! 🙂
Love the Kraft recipes! I’m compiling a list for the 4th of July so I’ll have to use a few of these for our gathering!
They are easy and will taste great – I love that! Thanks for sharing Tina!
Those dessert bars look so yummy. I need to get the recipe. Is it on the site?
I love Kraft recipes. Always simple, easy to follow and tasty. Thanks for the freebie. 🙂
You’re welcome!
Those burgers look amazing! We live in Canada so we celebrate Canada day right before the 4th but I could sure use this!
Absolutely, you could – enjoy!!
