The Smile Brilliant company was great to work with.  I received my welcome kit extremely quickly, and it had great information on how to make the molds to get the custom fitted trays for your teeth.  Here’s how the molding process looked at the end:

After working with the molding trays and sending in the proofs, I received my custom trays extremely quickly!

I loved that the whitening trays were going to be custom made.  So many of the other brands, you either have to hold your teeth tight to hold them on, or just give up with them falling off so many times.  These custom trays were made to fit perfectly and reminded me of those invisible braces type of product.  They were pretty comfortable to wear.  I did have a bit of tenderness on my gums after, but it was probably just me, moving my mouth around too much.  I’m sure it doesn’t affect everyone.

I wore the trays with the whitening gel for 45 minutes each night, and then the desensitizing gel for 15 minutes.  I did have to make sure to stay on schedule, and set the timer, so I didn’t forget when to take them off.  After the first seven (7) days, though, you can just do the treatment every once in awhile, so it won’t even take as much time.  It was super easy to do!  After the 7 days, I could definitely see a difference.  It’s hard to tell in the photos, of the exact amount of whitening, but that’s just my dumb photo arm not able to get a photo of myself very well.  Even with my discoloration due to medication, the Smile Brilliant trays did an amazing job.  I can see a difference of the brightness of my teeth.  I did notice a few areas where there were white spots, that weren’t very pronounced, but that’s probably again due to the health of my teeth. I’ve heard from others that they make a huge difference for those just wanting to have brighter teeth, and haven’t dealt with the medical discoloration in the past.  In my case, I would definitely recommend them for people like me!  Here are some photos of before I started, 3 days in and then after day 7:
