I have this great series on DVD (got the complete-series release in 2022), and I started with the second season, and followed it to the end of the series proper; I then saw the first season (which laid the groundwork for what Emergency! would become), and then saw the post-series movies and the Adam-12 crossover, eventually finishing the set.

Since then, it has remained one of the best-ever series I’ve had on DVD, and it’s well-worth every penny I paid for it (not many I’ve seen have been like that, and this is one of those select few).

Thanks for posting accurate information about the squad trucks used during the show. I get into many heated arguments with people who state that one truck was used throw-out the entire run of the TV show.

In reply to Cindy @MomMaven. Love it!! These are when shows had meaning and could teach you things. Plus, as a parent, you didn't have to worry about what was being said! :)

Love this! My husband watches Emergency! every week day. The TV in his workshop only has a digital antenna so he only gets a few channels and MeTV is one of them. He listens to old shows while he works every day.
