This year’s giveaway hop runs
May 1st – 14th, 2017.

Each of the participating blogs will be hosting a wonderful giveaway featuring a great gift idea for moms, grandmothers and any other special lady in your life, including yourself!  After entering my giveaway, be sure to check out all of the other awesome giveaways listed in the linky below for more chances to win great prizes! It’s hard to believe that it’s already May! Mother’s Day is just a few weeks away, and as a Mom myself, I have to plan for my Mom and my Mother-in-law. Trying to figure on the perfect card, the perfect gift to let them know that they are loved can be a hard thing to do. I try to make my husband pick out the card for his Mom, to make a bit more personal. That way, I only have to focus on a gift to give them, which this year, I made. Here’s an old pic with myself, and both of our Mom’s. 🙂

Do you have a special mother figure in your life? I know that sometimes I hear from people who don’t have their Mom in their life, or aren’t close to them. Then someone like a Grandma, or an Aunt take over that role. God bless all of those that raise children. It’s a demanding and challenging time of life, but I thank God daily for it.

Being told from the time I was about 16 that due to medical conditions and prescriptions that I taken, that I would probably never be able to be a Mom, the Lord performed a miracle. Being blessed to have our son Dylan in 2000, was a gift that we are always thankful for. Even in the times of teenage-hood…which I have to constantly remind myself, during the attitude sessions. 🙂

Take the time to thank the person who played the Mom role in your life. Give them a call, send them a card or a flower. Any small gesture lets us know that we are appreciated and that we must be doing something right. I’m praying that you have a blessed month of May and can hopefully win a prize to use yourself, or share with the person you love.

I’m giving away a great book for Mom’s with son’s. I had previously got to review this one and have my blog post HERE – check it out. It’s a great one to learn from, or share if you’re not in that group. Enter to win the “Mother & Son” book here:

I have both a son and a daughter. Hopefully, I taught them both to be courteous and caring people.

I have no children; this would be a gift for my friend who has 3 sons.

I have a son, but I think everyone should be raised basically the same. Always be respectful of everyone, stand up for yourself no matter male or female.
